How soon will I receive my results?▼
Most routine tests have results within 24-48 hours. Some specialized tests take longer. Each test page shows its expected turnaround time, and we will let you know when your report is ready.
Are your labs licensed?▼
Yes. LabTestUAE is operated by MEDIC (Medical Diagnostic and Imaging Centre Polyclinic), which holds Dubai Health Authority (DHA) health facility licence 0045588, with home healthcare endorsed as an additional service. The Sharjah laboratory in Al Nahda is licensed by the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), licence 8788. Samples are analysed at our partner laboratory, Lifenity Genomic Laboratory DMCC in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai (DMCC commercial licence 867782), and every report is authenticated by its specialist clinical pathologist, Dr. Reena Bhaisare (DHA No. 06420338-001). You can check the DHA licence on the DHA Sheryan facility search.
Which Emirates do you cover?▼
We currently serve Dubai and Sharjah. Home sample collection is available anywhere in both emirates, and you can also visit the licensed labs in Al Karama, Dubai, or Al Nahda, Sharjah. If you are elsewhere in the UAE, message us on WhatsApp to check.
