Cardiolipin Antibodies - IgM, Serum
The Cardiolipin Antibodies (IgM) test checks for IgM antibodies that target cardiolipin, a lipid found in cell membranes. While these antibodies can be transiently present due to infections, persistent elevated levels may suggest an autoimmune condition like Antiphospholipid Syndrome (APS).

CBC REFLEX TO LAP
This test starts with a Complete Blood Count (CBC) to evaluate different components of your blood, like red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. If the white blood cell count is abnormal, it automatically "reflexes" to a Leukocyte Alkaline Phosphatase (LAP) score.
CEA (Carcinoembryonic Antigen)
Measures CEA, a protein that can be elevated in colorectal, lung, breast, and other cancers. Primarily used for monitoring cancer treatment response and detecting recurrence.
