AFP (Alpha-Fetoprotein)
Measures alpha-fetoprotein, a tumor marker for liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) and testicular cancer. Also used in prenatal screening for neural tube defects.
ANTI THYROGLOBULIN ANTIBODY; ANTI Tg
This test measures the level of antibodies against thyroglobulin, a protein produced by the thyroid gland. These antibodies can indicate an autoimmune response where your body mistakenly attacks its own thyroid tissue.
Beta-hCG (Tumor Marker)
Measures beta-hCG as a tumor marker for testicular cancer, gestational trophoblastic disease, and certain other cancers. Different from pregnancy beta-hCG testing.
CA 15-3 (Breast Cancer Marker)
Measures CA 15-3 levels, a tumor marker primarily associated with breast cancer. Used for monitoring treatment response and detecting recurrence.
CA 19-9 (Pancreatic Cancer Marker)
Measures CA 19-9 levels, a tumor marker primarily associated with pancreatic cancer. Also elevated in bile duct, gallbladder, and colorectal cancers.
CA 72-4 (Gastric Cancer Marker)
The CA 72-4 test measures the level of a specific protein, a tumor marker, in your blood. It is primarily used to help monitor individuals diagnosed with certain types of cancer, particularly gastric (stomach) cancer. This test helps track the disease's progression or response to treatment.
CA-125 (Ovarian Cancer Marker)
Measures CA-125 protein levels, which can be elevated in ovarian cancer. Also used to monitor treatment response and detect recurrence in ovarian cancer patients.
Cancer Marker Profile
A Cancer Marker Profile is a blood test that measures the levels of various substances (tumor markers) in your blood that can be produced by cancer cells or by the body in response to cancer. While not used for primary diagnosis, these markers can provide valuable information for monitoring cancer progression, treatment effectiveness, or recurrence.
Cancer Marker Screen - Female
This blood test screens for various tumor markers commonly associated with cancers in females. It helps in identifying potential indicators that may suggest the presence of certain cancers, aiding in early detection or monitoring.
Cancer Marker Screen - Male
This blood test screens for various tumor markers commonly associated with cancers in males. It helps in identifying potential indicators that may suggest the presence of certain cancers, aiding in early detection or monitoring.
Cancer Markers Panel (Male)
Comprehensive male cancer screening panel including PSA (prostate), CEA (colorectal), AFP (liver), CA 19-9 (pancreatic), and beta-hCG (testicular). Five key markers in one package.
CEA (Carcinoembryonic Antigen)
Measures CEA, a protein that can be elevated in colorectal, lung, breast, and other cancers. Primarily used for monitoring cancer treatment response and detecting recurrence.
