SURGICAL BIOPSY LEVEL 6
This is the most comprehensive blood test in its category, providing an exhaustive analysis for conditions often requiring surgical biopsies. It offers the most detailed profiling of biomarkers and genetic material, crucial for highly complex diagnostic challenges. "Level 6" signifies the highest degree of analytical sophistication.
Syphilis (VDRL/RPR)
Screens for syphilis infection. VDRL/RPR are non-treponemal tests used as initial screening, with confirmatory testing if positive.
T- Cell Receptor (TCR-B) Gene Rearrangement
This specialized test examines the genetic makeup of T-cells, a type of white blood cell crucial for your immune system. It looks for specific changes, called rearrangements, in the T-cell receptor beta (TCR-B) gene within a tissue sample. These rearrangements can indicate whether a group of T-cells is clonal, which is important for diagnosing certain conditions.
T3 Uptake
The T3 Uptake test measures the binding capacity of thyroid hormones to proteins in your blood. It's often used alongside other thyroid tests to assess thyroid function.
Tacrolimus level
Tacrolimus is an immunosuppressant medication prescribed to prevent organ rejection in patients who have undergone a transplant. This test measures the concentration of tacrolimus in your blood to ensure it's within the therapeutic range.
Targeted mutation Analysis (1 mutation)
This test specifically looks for one known genetic change, or 'mutation,' in your DNA. It helps identify a particular alteration that may be associated with a specific health condition or a response to certain treatments.
Targeted mutation Analysis (2 mutations)
This test screens for two specific genetic changes, or 'mutations,' within your DNA. It's used when multiple known genetic variations are relevant to a particular health concern or treatment plan.
Targeted mutation Analysis (3 mutations)
This test identifies three specific genetic changes, or 'mutations,' in your DNA. It is employed when a broader panel of targeted mutations is needed to understand a genetic condition or guide treatment decisions.
Tau protein, phosphorylated in CSF (pTau)
The Tau protein, phosphorylated (pTau) test measures specific forms of the Tau protein in your cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Elevated levels of pTau are often associated with certain neurodegenerative conditions affecting the brain.
Tau protein, total in CSF (tTau)
The Total Tau (tTau) protein test measures the level of tau protein in your cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), which surrounds your brain and spinal cord. Tau proteins are normally found in brain cells, but elevated levels in CSF can indicate neuronal damage or degeneration.
TB Quantiferon
The TB Quantiferon test is a blood test used to detect tuberculosis (TB) infection. Unlike the traditional skin test, it measures your immune system's response to TB bacteria, providing a more specific and often more accurate result.
Testosterone (Total)
Measures the total level of testosterone in the blood. Important for evaluating male reproductive health, puberty disorders, and hormonal imbalances in both men and women.
