Hepatitis A Antibody Total, Serum
This blood test detects both IgM and IgG antibodies to the Hepatitis A virus (HAV). It helps determine if you have a current or recent Hepatitis A infection, or if you have developed immunity from a past infection or vaccination.
Hepatitis A IgG Antibody, Serum
This test checks for long-term immunity to Hepatitis A, either from a past infection or vaccination. A positive result usually means you are protected against future Hepatitis A infections.
Hepatitis A IgM Antibody, Serum

This test detects total antibodies to the Hepatitis B core antigen, indicating past or present infection with Hepatitis B. It does not appear after vaccination.
