HSV 1 and 2 IgG Antibody by Westernblot
This blood test detects specific IgG antibodies to Herpes Simplex Virus types 1 and 2 using the highly accurate Western blot method. It helps determine if you've had a past infection with either virus.
HSV 1 and 2 IgM Antibody by Western blot
This test looks for IgM antibodies to Herpes Simplex Virus types 1 and 2 using a highly specific method called Western blot. IgM antibodies are usually produced early in an infection, indicating a recent exposure or primary infection to the virus.
HTLV I & II ANTIBODIES
This test detects antibodies to Human T-lymphotropic Virus types I and II (HTLV-I and HTLV-II) in your blood. Antibodies are proteins produced by your immune system to fight off infections, and their presence indicates exposure to the virus.
HUNTINGTON DISEASE MUTATION DETECTION
This genetic test looks for a specific mutation in the HTT gene that causes Huntington's disease. It can confirm a diagnosis in individuals with symptoms or identify if someone carries the gene mutation.
Hyaluronic Acid
The Hyaluronic Acid test measures the level of hyaluronic acid in your blood. Hyaluronic acid is a substance naturally found in the body, especially in joints and skin, playing a role in tissue repair and lubrication.
IGVH Mutation Detection
The IGVH Mutation Detection test analyzes specific genes in your blood cells, particularly those related to immunoglobulin heavy chain variable regions. This test helps understand the genetic characteristics of certain blood cancers, such as chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).
IHC-CDX2
IHC-CDX2 is an immunohistochemistry test that detects the CDX2 protein in tissue samples. CDX2 is a marker commonly found in cells lining the intestines, making it useful for identifying the origin of certain tumors.
Immunoglobulin D, Quantitative
This test measures the amount of Immunoglobulin D (IgD) in your blood. While its exact function is not fully understood, IgD is primarily found on the surface of B lymphocytes and is involved in B cell activation.
Immunohistochemistry -Caldesmon
This test identifies the Caldesmon protein in a tissue sample using specific antibodies. Caldesmon is a protein associated with muscle cells and plays a role in muscle contraction.
Immunohistochemistry -CD10 (Neutral Endopeptidase)
This test involves staining a tissue sample to detect the CD10 protein, also known as Neutral Endopeptidase. It helps pathologists identify specific cell types and characteristics within the tissue.
Immunohistochemistry -CD117 (C kit)
This test uses special stains to detect the CD117 protein, also known as C-kit, in a tissue sample. It helps pathologists identify specific cell types and their characteristics.
Immunohistochemistry -CD15
This test involves applying special stains to a tissue sample to detect the CD15 protein. It helps pathologists identify specific cell types and their characteristics within the tissue.
