Hepatitis B Core Antibody IgM
This test specifically looks for IgM antibodies to the Hepatitis B core antigen, which are present during an acute or recently acquired Hepatitis B infection.
HEPATITIS B SURFACE ANTIBODY; ANTI HBs
This test detects antibodies produced by your immune system in response to the Hepatitis B virus. A positive result usually indicates either recovery from a past infection and immunity, or successful vaccination against Hepatitis B.
Hepatitis B Virus DNA PCR (Quantitative) Viral Load
This advanced test measures the amount of Hepatitis B virus (HBV) DNA in your blood. It provides a quantitative viral load, indicating how much virus is present and actively replicating.
Hepatitis C Antibody (Anti-HCV)
Screens for hepatitis C infection by detecting antibodies against the virus. Hepatitis C is curable with modern antiviral therapy if detected early.
Hepatitis C Virus Antibody (Anti HCV)
This test screens for antibodies produced by your immune system in response to the Hepatitis C virus. A positive result indicates exposure to the virus at some point, but doesn't necessarily mean you have an active infection.
Hepatitis C Virus RNA PCR (Quantitative) Viral Load
This test measures the amount of Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) genetic material (RNA) in your blood. It helps determine if you have an active HCV infection and how much virus is present in your system.
Hepatitis Delta virus (HDV) HDV-IgG Antibody
This test detects IgG antibodies to the Hepatitis Delta Virus (HDV) in your blood. The presence of HDV-IgG antibodies usually indicates a past or chronic HDV infection, which only occurs in individuals already infected with Hepatitis B.
Hepatitis Delta virus (HDV) HDV-IgM Antibody
This test looks for IgM antibodies to the Hepatitis Delta Virus (HDV) in your blood. The presence of HDV-IgM antibodies typically indicates a recent or active HDV infection, which always co-occurs with Hepatitis B.
Hepatitis Delta virus (HDV) HDV-total antibody
This test detects all types of antibodies (IgM and IgG) to the Hepatitis Delta Virus (HDV) in your blood. It's a screening tool to determine if you have ever been exposed to HDV, which only affects individuals with Hepatitis B.
Hepatitis Delta virus (HDV) RNA detection by PCR
This highly sensitive test directly detects the genetic material (RNA) of the Hepatitis Delta Virus (HDV) in your blood. It confirms an active HDV infection and is essential for monitoring the viral load, especially in individuals co-infected with Hepatitis B.
Hepatitis E Virus Antibody IgG
This test detects IgG antibodies to the Hepatitis E Virus (HEV). IgG antibodies indicate a past infection or immunity to HEV, suggesting your body has encountered the virus and developed a long-term immune response.
Hepatitis E Virus Antibody IgM
This test identifies IgM antibodies to the Hepatitis E Virus (HEV). IgM antibodies are typically produced early in an infection, indicating a recent or active HEV infection.
