What is Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT) Advance?

NIPT Advance is a highly accurate blood test for expectant mothers that screens for common chromosomal conditions in the developing baby. It analyzes small fragments of fetal DNA circulating in the mother's blood, offering early insights into potential genetic health.

Why is this test important?

This test helps identify a higher risk for conditions like Down syndrome (Trisomy 21), Edwards syndrome (Trisomy 18), and Patau syndrome (Trisomy 13), as well as sex chromosome aneuploidies. It depends on the test. Tests like lipid profile and fasting blood sugar require 10-12 hours of fasting. Tests like CBC, vitamin D, and thyroid do not require fasting. Each test page on our website clearly states the fasting requirements.
