Thyroid-Stimulating Immunoglobulin (TSI)
This test detects specific antibodies called Thyroid-Stimulating Immunoglobulins (TSI) in your blood. These antibodies can mimic TSH and cause the thyroid gland to produce too much hormone.
Thyroxine Binding Globulin
This test measures the amount of Thyroxine Binding Globulin (TBG) in your blood. TBG is a protein that carries thyroid hormones, primarily T4, throughout your bloodstream.

VALPROIC ACID FREE
This test measures the "free" or unbound portion of valproic acid in your blood. Unlike the total valproic acid test, which includes both bound and unbound drug, the free level represents the active form that can exert its therapeutic effects.
